EUP Viewer

Open YDD models with their textures and turn them around in 3D, every LOD included, so you know exactly what goes on your server.

  • YDD
  • YTD
  • PNG

In short

  1. 01

Pick the male or female mannequin, then drop the garments’ YDDs and YTDs (any number of texture variants).

  2. 02

Wear several garments from the wardrobe, one per slot, and switch textures from the thumbnails under Outfit.

  3. 03

Edit the chosen texture (tint, replace, a patch from Embroidery), then download a PNG, a YTD or a capture of the mannequin.

What you get

A YTD with the original dimensions and mips, a PNG of the texture and a PNG capture of the outfit. Garment geometry stays as imported.

Step by step

01Pick the body and bring in the clothes

At the top you choose the mannequin: Male or Female. Then press “Import clothing” or drag the files onto the page, as many as you like: the YDDs and their YTDs, even a whole EUP pack folder.

The studio reads the slot and the body from the name (for example mp_f_freemode_01_pack^jbib_000_u.ydd). When the name doesn’t say the body, it works it out from the garment’s shape. Textures a, b, c of the same garment become its variants.

“Vanilla sample” loads a garment from the game for the body on stage: the jacket on the male, the hoodie on the female.

02Dress the mannequin

The wardrobe groups clothes into Head, Torso, Legs and Accessories, with a search on top. Press “Wear” on a garment and it appears on the mannequin.

Each slot holds one garment, as in the game: a new top replaces the old one. Hats and glasses sit on the head, watches on the wrist.

A women’s garment put on the male mannequin switches it to female and takes off the pieces that don’t fit. It tells you what it removed.

03Switch textures in the outfit

The “Outfit” column shows what you’re wearing. Under each garment you get its texture thumbnails; one click swaps the texture on the spot.

On stage you have the 3/4, Front, Back, Side and Head views. “Wireframe” shows the model’s mesh, “Skin” puts the body texture in place of the matte mannequin.

04Edit a texture

Pick a texture and scroll to “Texture editing”. “Tint” colours the texture and keeps the shading, “Replace” puts your own image in its place, “Restore” takes you back to the original.

A patch made in Embroidery arrives here with “Put on clothing in EUP Viewer”. You move it, rotate it and set its width on the texture, then press “Apply the patch to the texture”.

Ctrl+Z and Ctrl+Shift+Z step through the changes. The preview uses textures of at most 1024 px so the page stays fast; the export keeps the original resolution.

05Export and take captures

“Export YTD” downloads the dictionary with the same name as the original, the same sizes and the same mipmaps. Textures you didn’t touch stay exactly as they were. PNG downloads only the chosen texture.

“PNG capture” saves the mannequin as you see it, handy for an outfit catalogue.

EUP Viewer is part of every plan and uses no credits on export.

Questions

Why does a garment disappear when I wear another?

Each slot holds one garment, as in the game. Two tops can’t be worn over each other; a vest or a jacket have slots of their own.

The mannequin switched to female by itself.

You put on a women’s garment. The studio changes the body so the garment doesn’t poke through the skin, and takes off the men’s pieces, with a message.

The texture looks less sharp than in game.

The preview uses at most 1024 px, so the page stays fast with many garments. The export keeps the original resolution.

Can I change the garment’s shape?

No. EUP Viewer works on textures only; the model stays as imported. For layered design with text and logos, use Clothing Studio.

How much does it cost?

EUP Viewer is part of every plan, from Beginner up, and uses no credits on export.
